Ashwagandha Adaptogen Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp maple syrup or organic honey (optional)
  • 1/ 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp Organic Ashwagandha Superoot Powder
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt

Direction

  • Whip all the ingredients together except coconut flakes and salt in a food processor or with a hand blender until smooth
  • Refrigerate the mix for a minimum of one hour
  • Garnish with coconut flakes and Himalayan Pink salt
  • Serve chilled
