The Neisson Distillery is located in Carbet, Martinique.
The transition to organic farming began in 2013, and in 2016 the first AOC Martinique organic rum was offered to consumers. Gradually, all the land, over 40 hectares, experienced the same development.
Everything contributes to the production of high quality agricultural rums in harmony with the ecosystem of Neisson lands.
Profil 107 is an agricultural amber rum that is aged in Bourbon casks for 15 months before being transferred into 10 barrels of 225 litres which have undergone a new toasting.
