Sector London Dry Gin 750ml

London Dry Gins all across the world typically have Juniper as the predominant ingredient, followed by coriander, cardamom, etc. With Sector, we’ve used botanicals that are typical to a London dry gin but also used Star Ruby Grapefruit, Lemon Balm, and Turmeric which are atypical and give Sector its unique taste profile.

Our London Dry Gin has an Aroma of fresh juniper with hints of savoury coriander, a Taste of bright citrus from Grapefruit & Orange, backed by a warming spice, coming together for a soft mouthfeel, from Turmeric & Orris and a Finish which is light, spicy finish from Cubeb Berries, rounded off with a gentle sweetness from Ginger & Lemon Balm. 

With Sector, we’ve broken barriers on the production floor and come up with a really great gin. We distill the base gin and the citrus distillate separately and then bring them together while blending in proportions, that are proprietary.

In our citrus distillate, they use whole fruits instead of peels, because market research pointed out that people find gin to be dehydrating. We believe this is due to the presence of citrus peels, which impart a certain bitterness and lend to dehydration. In the case of Sector, the juice from the citrus fruits cuts out the bitterness and lends to a soft mouthfeel.
