A 2009 Speyburn single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a first-fill sherry butt for 11 years, before being bottled in April 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of toffee apples, brown sugar and stewed raisins fill the nose, complemented by notes of summer berries, pomegranate, white pepper and autumnal spices throughout the palate.
